American Outdoor Living Co. (“we,” “us,” “our”) offers pre-designed outdoor living products and related design and site review services. We are a product-oriented outdoor living company, not a general open-bid contractor marketplace.
Model pricing shown on the site (including starting prices such as The Cecelia) is indicative and based on standard package scope. Final pricing is confirmed only after Design & Site Review, because site conditions (access, utilities, slope, permits, HOA requirements, and related work) can affect cost and feasibility.
Images, renderings, and dimensions are for illustration. Actual finishes, materials, and layout adaptations may vary subject to availability and site constraints.
The $500 payment is a Design & Site Review Deposit, not full payment for the outdoor living product. It is intended to initiate site verification, configuration review, and preparation of confirmed pricing.
Not every property can accommodate a given model. We may decline to proceed if access, structural, utility, regulatory, or other conditions make the project impractical or outside our standard scope. In that case, next steps and any deposit handling will follow the written reservation terms.
A binding product order is formed only when we confirm final scope, pricing, and acceptance in writing (or through our designated order process). Stated lead times (for example, 30–45 days) are estimates after final order confirmation and depend on site readiness, schedule, and supply.
Installation, where included, is limited to the scope described in your final order documents. Permits, HOA fees, major site work, and items listed as exclusions remain the customer’s responsibility unless expressly included.
You agree to provide accurate property information, reasonable site access, and required decisions on finishes and options within agreed timelines. Delays in access, information, or approvals may affect schedule and cost.
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content for commercial misuse, or misrepresent your identity when submitting forms or payments.
Site content, branding, product designs, renderings, and related materials are owned by American Outdoor Living Co. or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or from project discussions prior to a fully executed final order. Our total liability related to website use is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim, where applicable.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless your final written contract specifies otherwise.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
