Complete pre-designed outdoor living rooms — starting with The Cecelia — sold as a product. Designed, built, and installed as one package. Not an open-ended contractor remodel.
The Cecelia starts at $27,995 installed. Final price depends on site conditions and confirmed scope after the Design & Site Review.
Structure, package finishes, outdoor kitchen components, bar, TV lounge area, and installation as scoped. Full detail is on the product page.
Permits, HOA fees, major site work, long utility runs beyond scope, and items outside the published package may be extra. We list these openly.
Product & pricing
Site risk is real — slope, access, gas, electrical, HOA, permits. Collecting the full price before verification is the wrong order. The deposit starts serious review and applies toward purchase.
Terms are confirmed in your reservation agreement. Ask us to clarify when you reserve.
Selections are captured at reservation and confirmed during site review. Reasonable changes may be possible before final order lock.
Timeline & install
Typical lead time is 30–45 days after site review and final order confirmation.
