On one side: furniture and appliances sold as pieces. On the other: full custom builds that demand a designer, a general contractor, and months of coordination.
We built the middle path — pre-designed outdoor rooms with architectural structure, kitchen, bar, and lounge, sold as a complete package with installation included.

Every property is different — access, slope, gas, electrical, HOA, permits. Collecting the full cost of an outdoor room before that reality is checked is the wrong sequence.
So we don’t. You reserve with a Design & Site Review deposit. We verify the site. You receive confirmed pricing. Then the outdoor room moves into production and install.
